Postcards

OVERVIEW

Gotta make more postcards! So I can write back a few friends (long overdue..whoop) and tell the family that I’m alive.

The idea is to trace a leaf, free-draw the veins, write the species name in the corner if you can, and then watercolor it all in. Even I can make some art that I’m not afraid to show someone using this method! Of course, you don’t have to do things exactly this way though!

I’ll bring a Tree Finder guidebook, watercolor notebook and paint, scissors, and a handful of pens/pencils. And hand sanitizer.

Meeting at the Graveyard so we can walk through the woods down towards the Dell 🙂
