POSTPONED: Biscuit Run at Biscuit Run

OVERVIEW

So its become clear to me that sunrise on a Friday is an unideal time for this trip…. so let’s try it again!
What’s up trail boppers!! You know the drill, it’s another early trail jaunt. This week our run will be ~extra special~ because we are going to venture out to the Biscuit Run trails! Not only are we going to explore this WONDERFUL trail system, but at the end of the run we will feast ourselves on biscuits (made by yours truly) !! I think we’ll run 6ish miles, and the trails are mildly hilly and non-technical. We should be back before 9:30 but ya never know!

Here’s the plan:
– Meet up at SAB at 7:30am
– Drive over, hit the trails
– Sit around the Wegman’s Parkings lot gorging ourselves on biscuits
– Arrive back to grounds with bellies and hearts full

What to bring:
– Running shoes (hopefully already on your feet)
– Water
– A yummy biscuit spread
