Pre-Finals Polar Plunge

OVERVIEW

NOTE: Drivers needed! Drivers get priority with the waitlist. You will not be reimbursed for gas since the trip is less than 15 miles away.

Is your third Celsius not hitting enough? Are you out of coffee pods? We have the solution to your final exam nerves. Jump and swim to your heart’s desire in the Rivanna River then sprint back (drive 10 mins) to AFC to take a dip in the world-famous hot tub and/or sauna! The only requirement for this trip is having swimming experience and being able to tread water for a reasonable amount of time.

Rough Plan:
2:30 pm – meet at echols
2:35 pm – leave for Riverview park
2:45 pm – arrive at Riverview park and take the plunge!
~ 3:15 pm to 3:30 pm – leave for AFC
3:45 pm to your hearts desire – vibe at the AFC sauna/hot tub
