Queer & Trans Affinity Hike at Sugar Hollow

OVERVIEW

It’s gonna be beeeeoooutiful on Friday. Come with me and Via to Sugar Hollow to hike and splash around. This will be a nice quick afternoon trip full of whimsy. Please sign up if you are queer or trans or all of the above! We want to hang out with you.

meet at echols dorm at 3:30pm
drive 40 min to sugar hollow
hike and dip in the water (4.6 miles round trip but we can do as much or as little as we want)
back at cars by 6pm
back in cville by 7pm at the latest
bonfiyAAAA at 7:30 (optional)

to bring:
water
snacks
good hiking shoes that could get wet (river crossings)
swimming/ splashing attire if interested

I’ll bring:
headlamp (in case it gets dark)
first aid kit

***I can take 3 other people in my car, but if another car signs up we can take more. Drivers get priority off the waitlist and gas is reimbursed + 50% TIP woah
