Hellooooo fellow creatures of da wild outdoor land!!! Is anyone else listening to the birds chirp outside in the tawny light-blue dawn, or peeping the crocus flowers and basking in the late-morn sun, and feeling spring rapidly approaching?? Does that make anyone else feel simultaneously thrilled and so scared to miss the passing seasons as we clitter clakker away at our computers??
Ok it might not be everyone feeling this, buuttt regardless, if you are hankering a calming outdoor walk and reflection time and/or if you freaking love the magic that is Ragged (or if it’s your first time!!), come join me in a walkin’ venture this Wednesday afternoon! I’ve been really appreciating reflective walks recently, especially in the outdoors during this bustlin time of year, so here’s the vibe I’m envisioning: we roll up, everyone is welcome to walk/run at their own pace for ~2 hours, we can break up into smaller groups depending on the vibes and desired speeds (and we’ll make sure everyone feels comfortable and safe along the trail with some back-up safety precautions), then we reunite towards the end and revel in the power of our local woods as we meander back to grounds! We’ll embark from Echols at 12:30, walk / run / jottle around Ragged from 12:45-2:45, then be back on grounds by 3!
I’m going to let folks off the waitlist in a randomized order, so please sign yoself right on up regardless of when you see this!! Alssoooo drivers do be desired and prioritized. :):)
