Hello outdoorsy peeps!
I was thinking of doing the Mount Pleasant Hike. It has some really sick views and is a pretty moderate hike, only 5.5 miles long and not super steep, so if you’re new to the whole hiking deal this won’t kill ya.
I can fit three other people in my car, but it would be great to take two vehicles. We’ll leave at 10am and be back by 5pm at the absolute latest, so way before any of the festivities start. (We will most likely be back closer to 3:30pm-4:00pm. I am just trying to give us some extra time in case we get really, really lost or some other side adventure/disaster occurs).
I checked weather.com and it says it might thunderstorm. If that doesn’t change I might have to reschedule the trip, but I am optimistic and will keep everyone updated.
What to bring:
Sturdy shoes
2 L water
Lunch and/or snacks
A bag to carry everything in
A can-do attitude
Drivers: You get reimbursed cash money when you drive!
