RODEO..jk jk but we are going to Mustang boulder!!!!! (Intermediate Bouldering)

OVERVIEW

Come climb with me at Mustang Boulder this Saturday! This is probably one of the best boulders on the parkway! It has a short, 10-minute approach to a sick boulder with classic lines. Mustang itself has a range of climbs from V2-V10 and the nearby Incredibles Boulder 50ft downhill also has climbs from V3-V7. That means this is a great intermediate trip.

If you have never climbed before…that is ok, this can be your first time! My only recommendation is to be able to climb V4s consistently at Slaughter, simply because outdoor grades are a little harder than indoor grades. If you don’t climb that, you can still sign up for sure you might just be more limited in what you can climb. However, I can show you the ropes and will handle grabbing crash pads AND I WILL TAKE SICK CLIMBING PICTURES (to entice you to join my trip… :p).

Also, if no one has a car that can fit three crash pads in the back, we’ll have to drive my car which means I can only bring two people since it’s a sedan. That means priority goes to anyone with an SUV!

– Chalk
– Layers of Clothing (IT IS NORMALLY 10 DEGREES COLDER ON THE PARKWAY…BRING LAYERS YOU CAN TAKE OFF)
– Hat + Gloves
