Look… maybe it’s something in the lovely autumnal air, but I’m just so stoked on running with other people recently. My brain craves it. Anyway, let’s go to Ragged the Friday!!
We’ll be doing the main loop which is vaguely 6 miles? (give or take 1) and, like basically all of my runs, this’ll be party pace (i.e. whatever the vibe is, no one left behind unless you like, want to be). I’m usually ~12 min/mile pace on trails, but, like I said, party pace, whatever the group wants. I would recommend that you’ve run at least 4 miles before in one go, but other than that this is open to anyone! We’ll be going a chill pace and you can always walk some 🙂
3PM- meet at echols, drive to Ragged
3:20PM- get to Ragged, do some stretching/warm up
3:30- start trotting
4:40- finish, stretch
5pm- back to wherever
You Bring:
-athletic clothes/running shoes
-water
-snack (optional)
-your fave stretch
