Here we are, back at the weekly friday trail run (woop woop)! Super stoked to get running Friday morning before classes so we can enjoy Charlottesville’s fall weather before it flies right by.
The game plan: Meet at slaughter at 7:30 and run for about 5 miles. The plan is to be done around 9ish for this run. We are going to be running a longer route that will be harder to leave early from so make sure you are able to commit until about 9am!
