Excercise beats stress — avoid the pre-exam agitation — entice yourself with a sweet Saturday striding sesh! We’re going to run the perimeter loop of Ragged Mountain Resevoir!
The venue is an admittedly less-than-ragged trail that follows the contours of lake for about 5 miles. Pace will depend on the group’s choice (probably like an 8 to 10 minute mile). The weather might be a little rainy, so maybe bring a towl to sit on for the ride home.
1. Meet at Echols at 9:00 am
2. Get to the lake at 9:15am and warm up
3. Be finished and cooled down within an hour
4. Return to grounds by 10:30 ish
Remember to bring:
2. A snack
3. Appropriate clothing
4. A towel if it’s raining
*the resevoir is less than 10 minutes from grounds, so there will be no gas reimbursements
