Sup lil sunshine babies! do you wanna go climb inside? Are you feeling sad because the ground is covered in wet, slimy snow? Phenomenal. Peak experiences was built for us. It’s also the closest indoor rope climbing that we have to Charlottesville. Peak also has generous offerings for those that prefer to boulder (climbing without a rope).
We’ll show up at Peak around noon, those of us that need to will take our belay tests, we’ll climb for 3ish hours and then possibly hit a thrift shop and grab food in Richmond. We should be back by 6 pm at the absolute latest.
You do not need to have climbing experience to sign up for this trip, however, people who know how to belay will get priority off of the waitlist for this trip.

What to bring:
– climbing harness and shoes (available in gear room)
– climbing chalk (not totally necessary/we can share if you don’t have any)
– belay device/s
– snack
– water
