Saturday Robertson Mountain Hike(Old Rag’s Introverted Neighbor !)

OVERVIEW

Hello everyone! I was hoping to do a hike this Saturday, specifically a loop around Robertson Mountain. It is about 8.2 miles, and 2431 feet of elevation gain, meaning I would expect a strenuous ascent, but we can take plenty of breaks and take our time going up(and down!). Robertson Mountain is very close to Old Rag, and it can be really interesting to see the majesty of the park from the slightly altered perspective. The view at the top will be amazing, especially with Spring coming in! It’s somewhat of a drive, at about an hour. I have a NP park pass and a vehicle, so all you have to bring are your amazing selves! The weather looks good at the moment, we should be in the mid 40’s with overcast skies, so maybe pants and a jacket? There’s a small chance of rain, I’ll keep an eye on that 🙂

-Pants and Jacket for potential cooler weather(I would also bring shorts and t shirt in case you get warm)
-Snack
-Water
