Wanna go hiking? Wanna go hiking with our good friends and another awesome club? Wait, that club is Black Girls United? ohhh shooottttt! This is a DEI collab hike with BGU! This hike will be super beginner-friendly and about 4 miles out-and-back. It will be such a lovely landscape as spring flowers blossom. This hike is for everyone and welcome to everyone, but especially encouraged if you are interested in the DEI committee or are an African American 1st or 2nd year who is interested in BGU!

***Drivers will get priority off the waitlist. I can take 4 people in my car, but would love it if we had even more adventurers to hike with!***
The plan:
10:30am meet at echols
drive to the trailhead
stroll and talk!
eat lunch at a pretty spot on the trail
3pm drive back to echols or wherever you’d like to be droppped off
** this an ODC trip, so while I have plenty of time already built into the schedule, maybe don’t plan anything right after 3:30pm 😉
What to bring:
Good walking shoes
Water !!
snacks and lunch! We will take a lunch at some point so bring some snackies
