Short Riprap Hollow Day Hike + Nols Information

OVERVIEW

We are entering prime hiking weather, so I thought I’d help get a few of you on the trail. This will not only be a low time commitment trip with spectacular views, but you’ll also get the opportunity to learn about NOLS (blub below) and get some $wag.

The plan:
– 11:00 leave for the trail head with full tanks of gas
– 11:45 hike
– 14:30 finish hiking
– 15:00 be back in Cville

You bring:
– 2 liters of water
– snacks/lunch
– $3-4 for Shenandoah National Park entry
– questions for Madelyn, the NOLs rep (optional)
– Car (optional, to get off the waitlist first and be reimbursed for gas +50% tip)
