And hopefully some birds too! There’s nothing like watching our kaleidoscopic feathered friends ruffle some feathers and flap what their mamas gave them. If you’re tryna peek some birds or cleanse the tired soul with a pleasant walk around Ivy Creek, pull up. If you’ve got binoculars or a zoom-in camera, feel free to bring them along. It’s reasonably early on a Wednesday morning but the fog over the lake is magical. Hopefully we’ll see a variety of waterbirds and have a jolly good time.
Plan:
7:00 am – meet at echols
7:15 – 9:00 am – arrive at creek and look for said birds
9:15 am – back at echols safe and sound
