Come join the slackline practice, this time we’ll start by doing some warm up Yoga and some breathing exercises to get in that calm and balance state of mind that we long for in the line. So far we have focused on the technique that is best suited to walk the line, but this time we want to focus more on the mental aspect of slackline, the constant search for balance is a very rewarding effort that can have positive impact in many aspects of ones own live.
