Katie and I are yearning for a nice slow slow slow very slow trail run that we will be running quite slowly. This is a perfect opportunity to get some nature appreciation + exercise in honor of this fine day which is the 20th of April. We are aiming to do about 2-3 miles but could quite possibly end up doing less if the people are tired.
Plan: We will meet at runk at 11, slowly run to the trails, slowly run the trails, slowly exit the trails, then return home filled with peace and joy. We will probably only run for about an hour or so max.
Bring/wear: running shoes, clothing you need for the weather, water bottle!
