Snowshoe Day Trip!!

OVERVIEW

Anyone still around that wants to head out to Snowshoe Mountain on Wednesday,12/29? Join me for a day trip to the resort for ~6 hours on the slopes. We’ll leave town early to get to the mountain at ~9am (when it opens), get as many runs in as we can, then leave the resort at 430 to get home at ~730pm.

Snowshoe continues to get snow and is forecasted to see snowfall everyday from now to Monday. So far they have had 45” of snowfall and have 45 trails open including parts of the Western Territory and some terrain parks. More trails are expected to be open by Monday including Shay’s revenge and medium-level terrain parks. Regular season lift rates are now in effect and will set ya back $79 unless you were wise and took LJ up on her offer to hook you up with a season pass. If you need to rent gear, snowboard and ski packages are $31/day.

I need drivers, preferably with 4 wheel drive!

You should bring your gear, appropriate apparel, your season pass if you have one, money for pass/rental if you need to, snacks, water, pack a lunch or bring money, food/snacks/money/H2O for the ride home.
