Snowshoe Day Trip

OVERVIEW

If you didn’t have time to go on one of the longer trips coming up, let’s do a day trip! Going to leave Charlottesville early at 6 am to get up to Snowshoe by 9, increasing our probability of freshies (either snowfall or corduroy groomers). We’ll ride or ski all day, then head back around 3 or 4, getting back to Charlottesville by 7.

Bring ski clothes, your gear, water and food if you don’t want to buy it on the mountain. Bring money for a lift ticket/rentals if you don’t have a season pass.

Club provides a free ride to Snowshoe, great view of sunrise from Afton mountain.

Room for 4 people unless more drivers sign up.
