OVERVIEW

Hi star lovers!

I know this is last minute, but I plan on stargazing on the South Lawn tomorrow night with my telescope! The weather should hopefully be good enough, I plan on primarily looking at Jupiter and Saturn as they’re the coolest things we can see with all this light pollution currently. I gave us about an hour because it will be quite chilly but if people are enjoying themselves we can stay as long as we’d like.

Here’s the deal:
10pm – Meet at South Lawn
10:01pm – Look at the sky!
11pm – Potentially start to pack up

Things you’ll need!
– A blanket or something to lay/sit on if you’d like
– Layers! jackets! gloves! it will be quite cold and its even colder when you’re sitting on the ground looking at stars!! please please please dress warmly
– An interest in space and lots of questions to ponder

I look forward to seeing you all tomorrow 😀
