OVERVIEW

It’s almost Halloweeeeeen, which means it’s the perfect time for what? Pumpkin carving? Trick or Treating? No silly 😉 YOGA!!!!

So here’s the plan Outdoors fam:

We meet at Echols, walk to the Lawn, and then we do some yogurt. Should take about an hour, email me/put in your responses any yoga pose/style suggestions or concerns

You should bring:
-yoda mat or towel (unless you want to be one with the Earth and do yoga on the grass)
-yurt clothes and a t shirt (I’m hoping it won’t be too chilly for yoga)
-water perhaps????
-an eagerness to learn or share your yogi wisdom

What you don’t need:
-any experience with yoga!!!! Welcome but never required
-a costume (but I would not be against it 😉 )
-an attitude… I have plenty of my own lmao
