OVERVIEW

HELLO RATZ,

JOIN US ON THIS PRESIDENTIAL INTERMEDIATE CLIMBING TRIP FOR SATURDAY OF SPRGE. IT WILL BE GLORIOUS. IT WILL BE EPIC. WE ARE GOING TO SEND AND WE ARE GOING TO LEARN. AND WE ARE GOING TO BASK IN THE BEAUTY OF NATURE AND ENJOY THE ROCK.

We have several potential crags in mind (but are super open to suggestions): sandstonia, cotton club, orange oswald wall… epic. give us your thoughts. if rain poses threats we will go to drier crag. yay.

We are aiming to stay within the 5.6 to mid 5.10 range. love it.

This in an intermediate trip, so priority will be given to those who can lead climb. We can take 1-2 people who want to learn how to lead and are down to try mock leading! But you must already know how to toprope belay/climb.

Tentative timeline
– wake up saturday morn (feeling refreshed no doubt) –> go to crag (time est. 9-10am)
– climb all day. eat yo lunch that you packed. and also
– leave (time est. 6pm) and go eat za

Reminders!
– Pay the $25 trip fee via venmo to @sarahedowling and then sign up for the main trip carpool once let onto this adventure!!!!!
– Drivers will be prioritized and get a tip of up to $20 with gas reimbursed. yuh.
