Old Rag
Come enjoy the newly-returned warm weather and gorgeous views from the top of Old Rag mountain. The hike consists of a 7 mile loop to the top of the mountain, and includes a little bit of scrambling over rocks and boulders, but nothing that can’t be conquered without equipment. It is an approximately 6 hour hike and a 1 hour drive each way, so we will be leaving at 8:30 from Bonnycastle Circle to avoid getting back too late. It should be a beautiful weekend for this hike, so come out and play! The number for the trip is currently set to 5, but as more drivers are added I will add more people from the waitlist.
Bring: lunch/snacks
at least 2 quarts water
backpack (you will want your hands free!)
