St. Mary’s Scary Scurry

OVERVIEW

Hey everybody, wassup !? There’s a nice hike in St. Mary’s Wilderness (in George Washington National Forest) that has some good swimming spots I’ve never been to (but Luke has) and I want to check it out (Saturday April 2nd)! This is a 6-mile loop which I estimate to take around 4 hours (generously) given some swimming and lunch eating time. Come join me and hopefully enjoy some nice weather! I will be able to drive but we will need another driver for more people to be able to come.

the plan:
– meet at echols at 11:00 am
– get to st. mary’s at noon
– hike around, swim, eat lunch at some point
– leave st. mary’s around 4
– get back to cville by 5

what you need:
– hiking boots
– swimwear if you wish to swim, and towel
– lunch / snacks
– water OFCOURSE
