STARCAVING!!!! Wait…. thats not right….. Stargazing at Sugar Hollow Resevoir

OVERVIEW

What?! Another non-caving trip? What is wrong with me? Well I can’t COMPLETELY escape the underground clutches so I will be having another trip shrouded in darkness…. Lillie and I have realized woah like its fun to do trips ABOVE GROUND too and like who wants to be stuck on grounds all week (If only we realized this 6 months ago and not the last month of school…). Why not do ODC trips DURING the week too?! I am super jely that I missed Templeton’s Eclipse trip so Lillie and I are gonna go stare at the sky Wednesday night at Sugar Hollow Resevoir which is known for having great stargazing and nature vibes. Come join the vibes

Schedule:
21:30 (yes military time you’re welcome)- Meet at Echols, drive
22:00- Arrive at the Reservoir, find some cozy ground and get comfy, stare at the universal vastness in awe
23:30- Finish stargazing and drive to Cookout, depending on if everyone is interested (if you don’t wanna go totally fine, we can drive you home first)
00:30- Everyone home!

Gear List
– Water
-Snack
-Extra layers
– Sleeping bag, picnic blanket, cozy stuff to keep you warm, etc
-A light source: headlamp, phone, flashlight etc
