STORYTELLING WORKSHOP @ VISIBLE RECORDS

OVERVIEW

Oh helloooooo Shrackadackles!!!! Our last storytelling workshop was deep in the winter moon and now here we are patullutzin about in the spring shade! I don’t know about you all, but the end to this year seems to be hurtling towards us with quite a velocity — so as ponder the summer and the next steps in our life journeys, let’s take a few hours to sit in the sun-filled glory of Visible Records, snack on some crackers and guac, and root ourselves in our past.

This will be a hybrid bike/car venture like last time, so for those biking we’ll meet a lil earlier and meander on over (it’s a few miles away, near Woolen Mills past the downtown mall) and those driving will try and catch our speedy wheels 😉 The theme of the workshop will be TBA once we’re there, so it’ll be a chill space to share stories — whether ones you’ve experienced or created — and support the blossoming creativity within each of us. Feel free to bring your friends! And flowers! And flour!!

3pm — BIKE SQUAD convene at corner of Echols
3:10 pm — CAR SQUAD convene at Echols
3:30: Roll up to the magic of visible records, sink into their oh-so-soft couches and snack it up as we revel in the sheer complexity of other humans’ lives.
5 — bike / drive / mosey on back to grounds with a shared narrative of live planted in our hearts <3

(…and then find ourselves wishing we could express this reflection in a larger ODC party environment precisely three hours later…WHAT?? DID SOMEONE SAY….BIRTHING PARTY?!?!?!!)
