Already need a break from school work? Come run/jog/hike/swim/hang in a hammock at Sugar Hollow on Saturday morning while it’s nice out! We will be going anywhere from 2 to 8 miles, but plan on staying for 3 hours or so. You can run at whatever pace you want! It’s a short 1 mile to a swimming hole, so if you want to stop there, feel free. For those who want to go farther, it’s 4 miles to the AT and Blue Ridge Parkway where you can turn around (8 miles total). And let’s not forget the real reason we’re going to Sugar Hollow: so we can stop at an ICE CREAM place that is AMAZING in Crozet on the way back!! Plus you won’t have to feel guilty about buying a ton of ice cream because running, right?

What to bring:
-WATER (high for the day is 79)
-Possibly a change of clothes/towel if you want to swim
-Hammock if you aren’t planning on running for that long
-Snacks? Or just wait for ice cream
-Running shoes
-Sunscreen
-Whatever else you think you might need
I will be able to drive 4 other people, so that will be the max until another driver signs up!
