Join me on a super-fun, beginner friendly hike this Sunday! Ragged Mountain Natural Area is a really cool place around ~15 minutes from grounds. This will be a 7ish mile hike, but with very little elevation gain and taking frequent rests if needed. If you’re just getting into hiking or want a slower paced adventure, please sign up! I estimate this will take around 2 1/2 to 3 hours, and the weather is looking beautiful at the moment (high of 55)!
Schedule:
10:30am- Pick up at echols
10:45- Arrive at Ragged
11:00-Hike!
1:45-Finish hiking
2:00-Drop-off at echols
What you should bring:
-Water
-snacks
-sunscreen (if preferred)
-A sunny attitude!
