Echols Dorm: Brick Wall By Side Door
If you’re training for a spring distance race, come do your long run this Sunday! Ridge Road is a simple out and back on gravel (7 or 8 miles). There is a Millington Loop that’s easy to follow, about half on paved roads, half on gravel that’s 14 miles long, and a modification of that route that I’ll be running that’s 20.5 miles.
