Ridge Road
This Sunday I am going to run an 8 mile Albemarle classic, Ridge Road, a 4 mile dirt road out-and-back between Garth Rd and Free Union Rd. I need to meet a little later than the previous two Sundays at 2:30 PM. It is relatively flat (a relaxed stroll compared to Fox Mountain Rd), and overlooks some gorgeous horse farms and pastures. We should get back with plenty of time before the Super Bowl.

I run at a sub 9 minute pace, although all are welcome. It is an out-and-back, so you can shorten it if you would like. It should be sunny, with a high of 50.
Bring water and your ipod if you would like.
If there is a lot of interest and more drivers, I will expand the trip. I am not going to bother with gas reimbursement if you are offering to drive, although it will probably be me.
