Sunday Sunset Madness with a Stony Man

OVERVIEW

We are all in need of some mountains at the moment and since the weather is unprecedently warm for February it would seem wrong not to make the most of it! The plan is to enjoy the sunset over Shenandoah from the Stony Man summit this Sunday. It is a pretty chill hike around 1.6 miles out-and-back so if you are looking to just get out and clear your head and vibe this is the trip for you.

Plan:
– Meet at Echols at around 3.00pm
– Scuttle off to the trailhead
– Hikeroo on up to the top
– Chill and enjoy the legendary scenes as the clouds make way for the sun as it settles down below
– Hikeroo on back down and sciaddle back to cville

What to bring:
– warm clothes
– any shnacks you may want
