Sunday Trail Sendies

OVERVIEW

If you’re staying on Grounds for reading days, join me for some chill Sunday morning trail running on the Rivanna Trail! Very low key event, just show up with running shoes, maybe some water to stash at the AFC clocktower, and the radiant, joyful attitude of someone crazy enough to wake up early to run on the weekend (guilty 🙂 ).

Plan is two loops around the complex at the end of Natural Resources Dr to the southwest of Grounds, which adds up to about 5 miles. If you’re prepared to run that far, I promise we will run at a pace comfortable for you!
