Sunday White Oak Hike

OVERVIEW

*Bring your park pass if you have one – there may be a day use fee if we don’t have enough passes*

I tried to do this hike two weeks ago but didn’t get enough people. So let’s try again now that you all are back!

White Oak Canyon is one of the best local hikes. It follows a stream with multiple waterfalls up to the blue ridge parkway. From there we have the option of turning around or jumping on to the AT for a mile or so to catch an overlook of the Shennandoah Valley. We’ll play this by how everyone is feeling. I expect to go between 5 miles to 10 miles in total.
