Sunset Humpback

OVERVIEW

Hello to my fellow stressed students!
I don’t know about y’all, but the amount of projects and exams and papers and homework and who knows what else is stressing me out. Turns out the doctor ordered some good old fashioned time in nature to cure the school blues! Since I do have all of the before mentioned work to do, I don’t want to do something too time consuming and Humpback just happens to be short, sweet, and beautiful.
Humpback Rock is a steep but short hike and is good for any level of hiker. Do prepare for a good heart pump though.
We will leave grounds around 5:30pm to make sure there is enough time to catch the sunset. I hope to be back between 9pm and 10pm.
To bring:
– hiking shoes
– WATER (always important)
– an extra layer (it is going to be in the mid 60s that day and the top can get a bit chilly, especially after sundown)
– head lamp or flashlight for the trek down
– snacks for the top?
