Echols Dorm: Brick Wall By Side Door
Sugar Hollow
Fellow ODC member Sabrina and I have spur-of-the-moment decided to head down to Sugar Hollow tomorrow; Here’s the blurb from her:

Howdy Outdoorsy Souls,
Enjoyed V-day with your “soul”mate?? Or not?? Here’s something sweeter than candy—a sugar hollow hike that immerses your soul in the sweetness of nature!
The plan: leave from Echols 1pm on Sunday, drive ~~30 mins to the parking area beyond Sugar Hollow Reservoir, and start hiking there! The hike is easy and is supposed to be 3 hrs long with about half an hour chilling, so all are welcome to join! There are a few stream crossings, so keep in mind to bring good, sturdy shoes (water shoes if you have them). If it rains a lot today then water levels may be high tomorrow. We’ll head back around 5 so you should be back by 5:30 pm to start on all that homework you procrastinated on.
More info about the hike can be found here: https://www.hikingupward.com/SNP/MoormansRiver/
What to bring:
-water 1-1.5L
-good shoes to get wet: there is a STRONG possibility your feet (and maybe a little more of you..) will get wet. There are a few stream crossings, and, again, the water level may be higher if it rains a lot today.
–towel?
-snacks
-$$ if you wanna get dinner afterwards (I’m down for food anytime!)

We can both can drive so just sign up! If more drivers want to sign up, that’s perfectly fine (but will not get reimbursed since this is a very last minute trip).
