Super Sweet Trip to Snowshoe, March 13-15

OVERVIEW

I am upping the number of attendees for this trip to lower the housing cost for everyone. Up to 24 people can come! If 24 people sign up then housing will actually cost $30 each so sign up to come on one of the last trips of the season!

Everyone is waitlisted until I get enough drivers.

Once you’re off the waitlist I need a deposit to help me cope with the rental fee so I will be emailing everyone about where to send your check. If you have already payed the fifty dollars, don’t worry I will get you $20 back.

Details:
We are departing from Bonnycastle Circle on Friday, March 13 at 6:00 pm. We will head back to Charlottesville on Sunday Evening at the drivers’ discretion.

The Club provides:
Dinner Saturday
Breakfast Saturday, Sunday
Lunch supplies Saturday, Sunday
A seat in a car

You Provide:
Lodging money (a deposit of $30)
Season pass or money for lift tickets
$$ for beverages
Gear or $$ for rental
$$ for snacks etc. on the mountain if you don’t like to pack lunches

The signup/withdraw deadline is Friday, March 6th, a week before the trip.
