The Priest! (Fall break hike)

OVERVIEW

Hellooo fellow crunchy folk!

I am not doing anything too exciting over fall break and wanted to spice it up before getting back to classes!

Soo if you are free on Tuesday, like cool views, and want to make your legs hurt, join me in hiking the Priest! It’s supposed to be lovely weather and perhaps we’ll even see some nice fall colors as well. The priest is a strenuous hike along the AT, about 9 miles total with ~ 3000 feet of elevation gain, so some hiking experience would be good before signing up with this. The plan
9 AM – meet at the corner of Echols dorm
10 AM – arrive at the trailhead & start hiking!
4 PM – arrive back at the car and head back to Cville
5 PM (roughly) – back in our comfy homes with so much satisfaction and content

To bring
– Water!! It will be warm (at least 2-3 Liters)
– Snacks & a lunch
– Hat/sun protection
– Good shoes/boots to hike in

Drivers needed!!! You will get priority off the waitlist and reimbursed for gas + a tip.
