OVERVIEW

WOOOOoooo whats up everyone!! It’s a……thru-hiker panel! This sunday, Carson, myself (Evelyn), and your wonderful President Ed will be hanging out in new cab 115 to answer any questions you all may have about thru-hiking or just backpacking more generally. For those who don’t know thru-hiking is the act of hiking an established long-distance trail end-to-end continuously (and eating lots of snacks and making lots of friends). Ed, Carson, and I all hiked the AT (Appalachian Trail) in 2021…or should I say Boomerang Fingies and Showman did. (What do these names mean??? Seems like some sort of trail tradition that you could learn about at the Q&A) This is an awesome resource if you are at all thinking about thru-hiking or any kind of long distance backpacking or just wanna ask some questions! I may even bring some yummy treats! Please try and sign up so we have an idea of who is coming but you’re welcome to last minute swing by as well. It’ll be from 5-6 but you don’t have to stay for the whole time. Do what works!!!! Come by and chat about walking and snickers and blisters!!!
