I so so enjoyed my early morning trail run with you all last week, so let’s keep this thing going! This week we will stomp around the ohill trails, which offers a vast network trails with varying technicality. We’ll do one of my favorite loops, which I think is ~4 miles. Ohill is quite hilly (believe it or not), so we’ll take it easy but be prepared to run the whole time!
– Meet up at the AFC clocktower at 7am
– Yog over to ohill trails and romp around for a few miles
– Arrive back at the AFC, all full of endorphins ready to conquer the day (or take crash back to sleep)
What to bring:
-Running shoes (hopefully already on your feet)
– Water if you want to have some to stash at the AFC
