Trail Magic & Good Vibes!!!!

OVERVIEW

Hey y’all!
“Trail magic” generally refers to unexpected acts of kindness/support towards hikers, but often it’s in the form of food. I always love to talk to & hang out w/ some thru-hikers & other hikers, so I figured a trail magic trip would be a good idea. We’re going to be along the Appalachian Trail, so there should be a decent amount of thru hikers, LASHers, and weekend hikers coming through, hopefully. Basically I’m gonna have a bunch of food & stuff for hikers, and y’all can either chill w/ me in the parking lot and talk to hikers & hang out, or, you’re totally welcome to go on a hike! We’ll be at the Priest parking lot, so if you want to hike the Priest, this would be perfect for that.

Re: the cost. It’s not like, required, but I will be paying for food & stuff for the trail magic, so if you’d be willing to venmo me a bit, it’d be greatly appreciated, so just something to consider.

Game Plan:
8AM: leave echols
9AM: Get to Priest parking lot, set up trail magic
9AM-whenever: chill, talk to hikers, go on a hike if you want, kind of whatever you want to do
???: Leave time is totally flexible, we’ll talk about it. I’d love to stay for a decent amount of the day just to maximize trail magicking potential, but we can figure it out

Good vibes
Snacks/a lunch
Things to do if there’s downtime & you don’t want to hike

Oh also random note: I think 2 of my siblings may be with me (they’re like 15) so if the idea of being in the vicinity of 15 year olds makes you want to gouge ur eyes out keep that in mind.
