TRAIL RUNNING WORKSHOP TIMEEE!!

OVERVIEW

Greggles and graggles, fellow lurkers of the outdoors!!! Do you ever feel filled with an urge to skip and scurry down a trail? Maybe you’ve always wanted to be a runner, but were put off by everyone aggressively discussing their lactate thresholds and post-run-chocolate-milk recipes? Or maybe you’ve been runnin the second you popped out of the womb (or before??) and you just wanna talk about the magic of two-legged propulsion through da woods?

Welllll if your answer to any of those questions is yes, COME DISCUSS THE MAGIC OF TRAIL RUNNING WITH CARSON AND I NEXT WEDNESDAY!! We’ve (and by we’ve it’s mostly Carson) made a BOOMIN slide deck to discuss the physical, emotional, and spiritual pitfalls and boons of this wonderful, sometimes crazed pursuit we call trail running. We’ll go over training for an ultramarathon (or shorter trail races!), deets related to building up mileage and running nutrition for those of all trail-running-adventuring lengths, techniques for intuitive training and whole-body awareness, and open the floor to chat about ways to keep ourselves safe and thriving in this sport that can sometimes seem simultaneously generative and destructive. And, Grace will bring snackz to munch togetha 🙂
