Trailside repair part 1: repairing a broken chain

What do you do when you’re in the middle of the woods (or far away from home on the road) and your monster legs cause you to snap your chain? If you can’t fix it, you’ll have a long walk back out, and nobody wants to end a ride like that. Come learn how to fix a broken chain!

This Thursday at 6pm in the shred shack garage I’ll briefly go over the anatomy of bicycle chain, how to fix it when (not if!) it breaks, and what tools and supplies you’ll want to carry to be prepared for such a repair. Then, you’ll have a chance to try out the repair. I don’t expect this will take longer than an hour, but it might be quicker. All you need to bring is yourself, no prior bicycle repair knowledge is needed!
