Hey guys,
We just had a very warm weekend at Snowshoe, but next weekend looks really good. Plus, it’s Valentine’s day, I hope there would be less people at Snowshoe so we don’t waste time wait for lift.
Lodging:
Expect to pay $30/person, no room or house is reserved at this point. We have some options, depends on the number of people sign up.
Food:
Bring food or money enough for two days. If you eat at those restaurants at Snowshoe Resort, expect $25 per meal.
Transportation:
My car can hold 5 people and 4 pairs of skis or 4 snowboards. If you like to drive, make sure there are at least three people in your car. Otherwise the club won’t pay for the gas.
Weather
N/A. Will update through email after withdraw deadline.
If it snows, the roads at West Virginia is usually NOT properly sprayed with salt and plowed. It would not be good idea to use a front wheel drive or rear wheel drive vehicle.
