ello friends, Ill be takin my weekly practice outside this week while the weather is nice!! Ill be leading a beginner/intermediate flow with lots of room for modifications; Im no instructor but have practiced vinyasa style for a while. So feel free to follow along or do your own thing! Plan is to meet on the bottom tier of the Hereford lawn at 6pm and then flow until 7. Please try to let me know if you will be late or are not coming so we can use the whole hour:) Bring some sort of towel/mat if you dont want to be directly on the grass(bug spray might be a good idea too)!
