Wanna get wet this weekend?

Folks,

I don’t know about y’all, but this 80 degree weather has me sweating buckets. There’s nothing like a cool dip in the Rivanna to cure this early onset perspiration. So let’s go make it happen on a sunny Sunday afternoon!!!

Potential activities might include (but are certainly not limited to): hacky sacky, slacky liney, swim swim (like a fish), rope swingy, mud masks, vibing, and underwater freeze tag (… I think that’s covid safe).

Here’s the skinny:
2 pm – Meet at Shred Shack and get bikeys for people who need them
2:45 – Arrive at le riṼer
2:46 – realize how happy you are to be at the river
2:47- Burke and Eliza transform into river mermaids
4:20 – gently shred home
5:00 – Arrive home and begin reflecting on what a life-changing experience you just had

What to bring:
Bike
Helmet
Water bottle (preferably with water in it)
Snacko for your moutho
Swimmy clothes
Kan jam/frisbee/Spikeball???
