Wednesday at Rose River

OVERVIEW

Howdy folks! I am officially in the fall mood so I want to spend as much time in the crisp air and talking about being from New England as possible! Rose River falls has been on my list because it’s a perfect ~4 mile hike with a WATERFALL! This trip should hopefully be a waitlist relief for all my fellow chillers with no Wednesday afternoon classes. The trailhead is a little over an hour away (near Big Meadows) and the foliage up there should be exquisite by the 25th. ALSO! Looking for drivers because I am immobile in that regard. Drivers get reimbursed for gas + 50% tip!

Schedule:
2:30 pm – Leave from Echols
4:00 – Arrive at trailhead
4-5:45 – Hiking and swimming adventures
5:45-6:00 – snack time
6:00- Leave for home
7:30 – Arrive at Echols
