wednesday play time at blue hole! (beginners welcome)

OVERVIEW

Did you know you can sit in the waterfall at Blue Hole!!!! Join me and my bootay at Blue hole this Wednesday afternoon!

Blue Hole in the fall always makes me so nostalgic because it was my first hike with ODC, was my first real hike ever, and my first freshwater swim ever!!! (not really much fresh water or hiking in Virginia Beach) My goal for this Friday afternoon hike is to have PLAYTIME and make some new friends!

The hike is 1.5 miles there and back (3mi total), and there is a slight incline up to the swimming hole, but do not fret! We can take it slow. Also, the incline is never super steep. The swimming hole will be chilly (something something mountain water), but it feels much better once you acclimate, and where there’s a will there’s a way.

Schedule:
4:00 leave Echols
4:40 arrive at Blue Hole
1.5 mi hike
swimmy play fun time
6:30ish head back to the car
8:00 (at the latest) back at school! & maybe we can catch a crozet sunset on the way back!

To bring:
swimsuit
towel
water
snackies
your super cool self

(i will also be bringing strawberries cause there’s something so fulfilling about eating fruit in nature idk)

Be ready to play SO HARD! (and forget about school and classes) See you then!

My car can fit 4 passengers, but I’m open to adding more drivers is more people want to go!
