Here is everyone’s most anticipated event of the week: Friday morning trail run (yayayayayay!!!!!) I am personally amped to get out to the trails and run with some fun ODC people again!
The game plan: Meet at slaughter at 7:30, run for hopefully about 5 miles. The plan is to be done around 8:30-8:45 but if people need to leave earlier or want to run more, no worries at all.
This trip is for anyone, but specifically people who want to explore trail running and want some friends to run with!

Good running shoes
Water (if you want it)
