Here’s the third friday trail run of the semester (woop woop)! Super stoked to get running Friday morning before classes so we can enjoy Charlottesville’s trails before it rains in the afternoon.
The game plan: Meet at slaughter at 7:30, run for hopefully about 5 miles. The plan is to be done around 8:30-8:45 but if people need to leave earlier or want to run more, no worries at all. Depending on who has a meal plan, a nice runk breakfast could be in the works afterwards??
This trip is for anyone, but specifically people who want to explore trail running and want some friends to run with!
