WEEKLY WANDER #10: JUST DANCE!! (MYSTICAL NATURE CONNECTEDNESS)

OVERVIEW

greetings all. as the days grow shorter and the nights grow colder, and the end of the semester looms larger, the time is nigh to let loose your free whimiscal spirit and imbue your soul with light and joy. what better way to do this than with DANCE??? on this fine friday afternoon at 2:30pm, join me and skylar (guru of all things earth connectedness) as we embark on a mission to locate a secret magical wooded field and JUST DANCE to our hearts’ content. note: no wii remotes provided. instead we will be listening to the music of the earth and interpretively dancing to the rhythms of mother nature. Openness to silliness, frolicking, and all things unconventional is required.
NOTE: this is part of the Weekly Wander series of beginner-friendly, regular trips around grounds. first-years and new members especially welcome!! (and literally everyone is especially welcome. everyone needs some magic nature dance time and thus we aim for a 100 person trip.)

The Plan:
2:30pm – Meet at Slaughter and mosey on up to the Secret Magical Mystery Hill
2:45pm – Arrive at Secret Magical Mystery Hill, remove footwear, perform a quick thanks to the Earth
2:50pm – Commence grooving
3:20pm – Head back down to Slaughter
3:30pm – Leave rejuvenated and full of nature-connectedness and bragging rights that you had access to this super secret and special edition of Just Dance

You Bring:
-Removeable socks and shoes
-Grooveable, movement-permitting clothing
-No judgement

-Willingness to release your inhibitions
